2 The Lord carried out the word that he spoke against us, against Israel’s judges, rulers, leading officials, and every person of Israel and Judah. ² What God did in Jerusalem hadn’t been done anywhere under heaven, just as was written in the Law from Moses. ³ Some of us ate the flesh of our sons and daughters.
